Meet Craig Gollin

I started training as a chef from the age of 17 years and currently have more than eleven years’ experience in a wide variety of food provision.
During the five years prior to starting my own business I was the Head Chef at a prestigious historical venue in Lincoln: a large conference centre catering for corporate buffets through to banquets of up to 300 people.
As part of my role I also prepared fine cuisine for the Mayor and Chairman of the Lincolnshire County Council. With my passion and flair for food I decided to move to the country and set up my own business providing a wide range of food for all types of occasions.
I now have an established allotment and use as much produce as possible for my business. I source locally wherever possible and use the best possible produce to match the quality of my food provision. All of the food I produce is fresh and home-made and I pride my business on the exceptional presentation of food.
