- Blue cheese, balsamic onion, spinach tartlet and baby leaf salad
- Smoked mackarel salad with a lemon and coriander couscous and baby leaf salad
Mains – all served with seasonal vegetables, leek and cauliflower cheese and roast potatoes
- Blade of beef with shallots and red wine jus with giant home–made Yorkshire puddings
- Pan–fried chicken breast in a wild mushroom and thyme cream
- Creamy vegetable pie topped with puff pastry
